Shipping and delivery
Within Germany, we offer free delivery on orders of €30. If the order value is less than €30, a one-off charge of €9.90 is charged for shipping.
To ensure your order reaches you as quickly and conveniently as possible, please also enter your telephone number in the field provided when registering.
Deliveries are handled by our delivery partner GLS Parcel Service directly to your specified home address or alternative delivery address. Depending on their size and weight, individual items may also be dispatched via a freight forwarder.
How long does delivery take?
All orders are usually processed on the same working day. Orders received between Saturday and Sunday will be processed by the following Monday (or working day) at the latest. Orders within Germany are usually delivered within 2–3 working days after being dispatched from our warehouse. Parcels sent via a freight forwarder are usually delivered within 2–5 working days. Parcels delivered to the rest of Europe are usually delivered within 3–7 working days after they have been dispatched from our warehouse.
What are the costs for deliveries outside Germany?
Customers from Austria please order from www.kinderauto.at, with free shipping on orders of €30 or more. Customers from Switzerland and Liechtenstein can order from www.kinderauto.ch, free delivery on orders of 70 CHF or more. Further information on shipping and delivery to these countries can be found on the respective shop page.
For deliveries outside Germany, the delivery charges are as follows:

How does delivery work outside the EU?
Orders from Switzerland and Liechtenstein must be placed via www.kinderauto.ch. Information on delivery charges and delivery terms for non-EU countries is available on request.

Can I also collect my order directly from your warehouse?
Of course, you can also collect goods ordered from our online shop directly from our warehouse in Austria, 4933 Wildenau, Gewerbepark Wildenau 4.
As our warehouse is not always staffed, please arrange a collection appointment in advance by email or by calling 0043 699 101 33 038. You can pay for the goods in cash at our warehouse.
We do not have a warehouse in Germany.
