Shipping and Delivery
Within Germany, we offer free shipping on orders of €30 or more. If the order value is less than €30, a one-time shipping fee of €9.90 will be applied.
To ensure that your orders are delivered as quickly and conveniently as possible, please also enter your telephone number in the field provided when registering.
Deliveries are made directly to your specified home address or alternative delivery address by our delivery partner, GLS Parcel Service. Depending on their size and weight, individual items may also be dispatched via a freight forwarder. Deliveries via a freight forwarder are normally notified in advance by telephone.
How long does delivery take?
All orders are usually processed on the same working day. Orders received by us between Saturday and Sunday are processed no later than the following Monday (or working day). Orders with a delivery address within Germany are usually delivered within 2–3 working days after they have been dispatched from our warehouse. Parcels shipped via a freight forwarder are usually delivered within 3–5 working days. Parcels delivered to the rest of Europe are usually delivered within 3–7 working days after they have been dispatched from our warehouse.
What are the costs for deliveries outside Germany?
Customers from Austria should please place their orders at www.kinderauto.at; free shipping on orders of 30 euros or more.
Customers from Switzerland and Liechtenstein can visit www.kinderauto.ch, with free shipping on orders of CHF 70 or more.

For deliveries outside Germany, the shipping costs are calculated as follows:

How does the delivery take place outside the EU?
Orders from Switzerland and Liechtenstein must be placed via www.kinderauto.ch.

Can I also collect my order directly from your warehouse?
Of course you can also collect goods ordered from our online shop directly from our warehouse , 4933 Wildenau, Gewerbepark Wildenau 4.
As our warehouse is not always staffed, please arrange a collection time by email or by calling 0043 699 101 33 038 before collecting your goods. You can pay for the goods in cash at our warehouse.
