Information on delivery times

The delivery times for deliveries to Germany are 2-3 working days.  Items shipped via a freight forwarder may take an additional 1-2 working days.
For deliveries to all other EU countries, please allow an additional 1-2 working days. 

For deliveries to Switzerland, please allow 5-7 working days.

Orders from Switzerland must be placed via www.kinderauto.ch .

If you order several items from us as part of a single order, for which different delivery times apply, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time applicable to the consignment as a whole is that for the item in your order with the longest delivery time.

Information on calculating the delivery date

The delivery period begins, in the case of payment in advance, on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded, and ends at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
